All new computer systems are covered by a three (3) year parts and labor warranty. The warranty period is three (3) year from the invoiced purchase date. All DOA items and items damaged in shipping must be claimed within 5 days of receipt. DOA items must be returned to us within a 30-day period from invoiced date for warranty replacement. Warranty on any product that has been mishandled is voided. Shipping and handling are both absolutely non-refundable.
Returns
All returns require a RMA (Return Material Authorization). To receive a RMA, please call or visit our website to request information. RMA numbers are valid for 20 days and then cancelled. It is recommended that all returns be made via a traceable carrier such as FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail as we are not responsible for items that are misdirected or lost in shipment. RMA numbers must be legibly listed on the outside of the carton.
We do not accept any shipments without a valid RMA. Any open or used software is not refundable under any conditions. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Items may be returned for refund within 20 days of receipt subject to the following restrictions:
- All returns for refund within 20 days of receipt are subject to a restocking fee of 20% and all non product related fees (shipping, transaction, payment processing, and insurance) are not refundable. Items MUST be in our possession within 20 days of receipt. After 20 days, no refunds will be given.
- All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories.
- We reserve the right to inspect and test all products to determine warranty status.
- Certain hardware items and all custom/special orders may only be returned for exchange if defective.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- Software and consumables can only be returned in original factory sealed cartons. Defective or open items will be exchanged only. Microsoft products activated by the customer cannot be refunded or exchanged. No exceptions!
- Warranty on processors and memory modules or any product that has been mishandled or damaged is voided. Only those items that are determined to be free from damage will be eligible for refund.
- Warranty does not apply to physical damages, neglect or normal maintenance.
- Warranty does not apply to natural occurrences, power surges, blackouts, electrical storms and any other occurrence beyond our control.
Defective items may be returned for repair or replacement at our discretion for a period of one (1) year from the invoiced purchase date, subject to the following restrictions:
- All products must be returned in original non-damaged condition.
- We reserve the right to inspect and test all products to determine warranty status.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- Warranty on processors and memory modules or any product that has been mishandled or damaged is voided. Only those items that are determined to be free from damage will be exchanged under the warranty.
- Certain items must be handled directly with the manufacturer for warranty.
- Warranty does not apply to physical damages, neglect or normal maintenance.
- Warranty does not apply to natural occurrences, power surges, blackouts, electrical storms and any other occurrence beyond our control.
- Software problems are not covered under the warranty and are not eligible for warranty repair.
